- For offers that include the breakfast buffet, we do not reimburse any costs for meals not consumed.
- The reserved room , the hotel services and the parking lot are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrival until 9 p.m.
- The reserved holiday apartments , the hotel services and the garage spaces are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrival until 9 p.m.

- If the booking is canceled up to 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations from 21 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge 90% for the comfort rooms and 100% for the holiday apartments. Please always cancel in writing!

- We prefer cash to pay your hotel bill, but we also accept EC cards, Visa and Mastercard
